THEN ENTER A SPACIOUS OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE, EXCEPTIONLY CLEANED AND DECORATED, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILED ITEM NEEDED, TO INCLUDE A QUIET RELAXING TRIP. THE HOST WAS TOP NOTCH, AND VERY THOUGHTFUL TO DETAIL . THE STAY WAS ACCOMMODATING FROM HOST TO THE COTTAGE.”

“When we come to the Rising Sun, we decompress. Mornings on the porch with coffee, a slow walk on the beach with a clear mind, then a fantastic fire in the pit while star gazing. This one is a keeper!”

“This was our first reunion of what we hope to be many! The house was beautiful, and the kitchen was gourmet with all the trappings for entertaining and dining. The dining table was large enough for most of us to gather at once and the bar stools made us complete. The weather was not ideal, but the spacious living room provided us plenty of room to socialize and play games while still enjoying the view. The dolphin were very active and we could see them all the time. Nikki was a responsive……
