“We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. “I booked this home for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. I wanted something on the water but not packed with tourists. The waterfront view coupled with the large screened-in porch was very nice. The house was as listed and had everything we needed for the stay. It is in close proximity (walking distance) to several of the local restaurants and a store. There were many species of song and water birds on the property and the bonus to the weekend was seeing a leucistic (white) squirrel in……

“The hosts Glenn and Larson were the best. Attentive, quick to reply, and most cooperative. It is small, but was fine for us and well equipped. Facility was spotless. Had success fishing from the dock for "slab" bluegill. Could not have asked for a more relaxing stay.”

Freshly planted flowers and plants added to the natural beauty of the location.
