“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. “An absolute wonderful stay! Kate and Diego are probably the most welcoming hosts you’ll ever meet and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside the door. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and all the possible activities, and gave us excellent advice on biking and hiking routes (even checked if we were ok when hiking back from the mountains in a thunder storm!)
