“Good breakfast and helpful staff ”

“Unterm Strich ein gelungener Urlaub. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Freundlicher und guter Service. Beim Frühstück alles vorhanden. Im Restaurant fand ich das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis nicht ganz angemessen. Außer Pizza gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, da die anderen Gerichte in einer Menüauswahl sind. ”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“Personale gentile sempre disponibile, Spa sempre pulita e ben curata, tisaneria con tisane di qualità, hotel vicino a diversi percorsi e vicino a una baita con cavalli e mucche, qualche rumore al piano superiore alla mattina presto. ”

“Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Boendet är litet och familjärt och man känner sig väl omhändertagen. Damen som ägde boendet var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig, det kändes som att man var gäst i hennes eget hem. Alla rum har balkong med utsikt över bergen. Frukosten var jättebra, alla sällskap fick tilldelat varsitt bord som var det detsamma under hela vistelsen. Även från frukosten hade man fin utstikt över byn och bergen. Samtliga som jobbade där var super trevliga. Vi rekommenderar detta……

“Fanstasisk hotell litt utenfor sentrum av Bolzano, med topp frokost og svært bra rom. Klimaanlegget var i særklasse komfortabelt. Bassengområdet på toppen med takterasse for litt sol var helt maks Beliggenheten er ikke ideell hvis du vil være sentrumsnært, men vi elsket at det var stille, og kun en kort biltur fra byen”

“Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔”

“We loved this hotel so much. The food (breakfast and dinner) was so good we didn’t eat anywhere else during our stay. The amenities were amazing, we loved the pool, two different saunas, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. We were sad to leave. ”
