“The host was helpful in guiding us to the property. We ended up hiring luggage porters to bring our luggage to the property from the ferry dock as there are many stairs to climb. The place was clean and secure. It is also located in a great spot, close to bus stops and restaurants. The views were spectacular. Everything was in walking distance. The only issue we had was we didn’t have great communication with the host after check-in. We didn’t have any guidance regarding the checkout process.”

“We really enjoyed out stay at this property. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Yes, you will have to go up and down stairs to go places but we are 72 years old and had no issues. Francesco, the property manager, was great and attended to our requests (mostly for transportation) in a timely manner. The only issues we had with the property was that sometimes the internet went out and we had some……

“We enjoyed our stay at Casa Laura. The property listing was accurate and met our expectations. We were greeted by a host who showed us how to get from the street to the property (up the 47 steps). The rooms matched the description online and were clean. The complimentary espresso packets were a nice touch. We only used the basics during our short stay (Bedrooms and Bathrooms) we did not use any appliances or cook while we were there but everything looked great. The wifi and A/C worked……
