The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. “This was the worst experience. I was supposed to check in the day before my wedding. I was contacted 30 min PRIOR TO CHECK IN that my reservation was cancelled due to double booking. When I contacted the host, they told me basically it was my fault for not communicating with them prior to check in!!! I should not have to communicate with anyone after I paid 2 months prior and received a confirmation. This was the worst experience for a bride on the day before her wedding!! ”
