All the themed rooms are great and the owner provides a lot of info prior to the stay. Alyssa was there to welcome us and she was great. She gave us a quick tour of the property and made sure we knew how to use everything. Overall was just a great place for a group of friends to hangout and have some fun. ”

“La Maison Musique is a wonderful, beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from downtown Mt Dora. There was plenty of room for our family gathering to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. Open kitchen / dining / living room was great for entertaining, beds were comfy and bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me.
