“Room not ready for check in time and staff refused to resolve. Had to wait with children for some time before staff agreed to give us a different room so we could check in. Other than that inflexibility and inconvenience, our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again.”

“前臺的員工非常友善 特別是年紀較大英文最好的男性員工 房間的空間感非常舒適和酒店地點無話可說 不是很新的傢具但是一塵不染 我住了一個星期 這個booking 之前還有二個 只是住頂樓時有個個子細小的白人清潔員打掃馬虎 我不需要她整理床鋪她幹脆房間都不清理打掃 其他日子都不錯 建議一定要入住海景房 坐在超大的露臺你絕對不會失望 不得不提酒店的早餐就强差人意 每天都一樣 很一般”

“++ Sehr sauber und ordentlich ++ Außergwöhnlich hochwertige Ausstattung der Räume ++ Sehr bequemes Bett ++ Anliegende Spa Möglichkeiten sind ebenso sehr hochwertig und wenig ausgelastet (07.01.2025) Aktuell waren einige Umbauarbeiten am Hotel weshalb viele Pools und Gemeindschaftsräume geschlossen waren. Dennoch konnte ich den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Speziell Ansool von der Rezeption kam mir sehr bei individuellen Wünschen entgegen. Ich werde bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen. ”

“Very clean, very friendly lots of good advice but quite basic - decor, facilities, overall appearance though paintwork and furniture was all in good repair. Extensive continental breakfast with good coffee. Pool looked inviting though we didn’t use it. ”

“All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We had a huge apartment with a huge balcony facing the golf course. The hotel arranged the new year party for the guests and we had an excellent time. When we left the hotel, I forgot my favourite T-shirt in the bedroom. The day after I rang and told the reception what happened. The staff took their time to look for my shirt and found it. My T-shirt even arrived home before we did. Excellent service.”

“We had an amazing stay at Dunas Douradas. The property is beautiful and clean with easy access to the beach and a wonderful pool area. The accommodations were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We are actively trying to determine when we can visit again!”

“The studio was very clean inside bed was comfy . However the outside was not particularly clean full of dust etc . The building itself needs updating. Great if you have children as play ground opposite. I was a lady on my own and they put me in the end villa and I felt very vulnerable at night . Staff were lovely. I was just pleased I only stayed the one night . But it would be perfect for families. Also no cloths etc to clean pots . ”

“Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts hier sehr wohl gefühlt, denn man merkt, dass mit viel Herzblut gearbeitet wird, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen können. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut durchdacht und architektonisch sehr ansprechend und ästhetisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und lichtdurchflutet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls schmackhaft und die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeiterinnen gestaltete sich als sehr angenehm und es konnten auch gute Tipps fürs Erkunden……
