“Sigurd’s home is absolutely lovely. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with a wonderful view. But more importantly, the house is spotless and equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. We hated leaving. And he responded to any needs we had right away. The entire experience was easy and made is feel welcome. We enjoyed spending time there more than even driving around. We would go back without hesitation.”

We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! “This is a great apartment in Bergen. Very convenient yet very quiet. My biggest complaint is the website says there is a clothes dryer. THERE IS NOT A CLOTHES DRYER IN THE APARTMENT!!! We thought there was a washer/dryer combination but it turned out to only be a washer. No directions were available in English but we googled the model and found directions online. We would not have stayed here if we had known there wasn't a dryer in the apartment but we managed. Ever dry clothes with a hair……

“Completely renovated and nicely decorated old Norwegian house, right at the harbour of Glesvaen. Situated right at the harbour with great views. Equipped with everything you need. Mr Cameron is a great host and has put a lot of work in this house. There is a nice restaurant/Cafe right around the corner (The only one in the area). Nearest Supermarket is a 10 Min drive, and there are two more another 10 mins away. You can swim, explore the area by boat or on foot or just relax and enjoy quiet……

“Great trip. House was large and very nice family and eating spaces. The views were great from every window because the house is set on a steep hill side. While it makes the views great the barely wide enough streets were a big challenge for our large SUV with all the blind one car wide (2-way) traffic. So not for the faint of heart driver. The great news is that everyone drives slow and yields as needed to get around. There are also steep steps going from street level to the front door and also……

“Im Haus und auf dem Hof haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, nichts hat gefehlt. Sogar die Bratpfanne war 1a (das kann man leider oft nicht sagen). Der Internetanschluß war 'ne Wucht, TV über Sat, Mobilfunk überall LTE. Das Hinderniss bestand darin, dass wir liebend gerne vom Ufer aus angeln, das aber auf dieser Insel so gut wie unmöglich ist (entweder bebaut, oder einfach zu steil). Wir haben uns also das Boot vom Vermieter geliehen und dann auf diesem Weg unsere……
