“Die Lage und der Blick der Immobilie ist wunderschön! Leider kann ich das nicht über Sauberkeit und Ausstattung bestätigen. Besonders die Küche war noch sehr verschmutzt, die Geräte und der Kühlschrank, auch die Matratzen waren mit Flecken übersehen und in den Schränken wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Das hat leider unseren Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst. Wir haben den Vermieter gebeten, nochmals zu reinigen, aber in der Kürze der Zeit konnten natürlich nicht alle Aufgaben……

“Lots of room, light and great kitchen. Just gorgeous back gardens and access to water and dock. Probably could be clearer how to operate the many wonderful amenities (W&D, media systems, pool) but the setting is the raison d'être! Wonderful place. ”

“Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und vernachlässigt. ( nicht ablaufende Waschbecken und Dusche, ekliger Whirlpool). Sauberkeit war nicht Top. Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage rochen sehr unangenehm. ( Matratzen ohne Schoner mit Flecken). Ausstattung nicht wie angegeben. ( Keine Fahrräder) Kaution wurde nur auf Nachfrage hin zurück gezahlt. Der Vermieter war nett.”
