“The room was surprisingly big. But the standard is what it is. Either way, we didn’t receive towels in our room. When we asked for towels, we were told to wait for housekeeping the next morning. “This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine.”
