“Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.”

Arranged rental car waiting for us at the Praslin airport--quality and efficiency of time, able to hit all the beaches and La Digue day trip. The room is new and clean. “Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. “Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”
