“Accommodation was fantastic - location brilliant, tasteful inclusions and the very cleverly themed decors. Parking arrangement was and remains unclear - when we booked showed one space per apartment. Never got an answer. Ended up parking across the road for £21. Wonderful experience but paid parking was a criteria for our accommodation selection. ”

“Lovely cottage in central Windermere. The cottage is very close to the train station and central to all the shops and restaurants in Windermere. The cottage is very well appointed with lots of books and brochures about the area. We found this super helpful! Everything was super clean, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend this cottage for your vacation stay and would definitely stay here again!”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier.
But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks.
I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced.
Staffs are not really friendly. "
