“Two friends and I stayed at this house for the second year in a row. It has been a perfect place for us, being 10 minutes away from Grafton and 25 minutes from Okemo.”

“Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.”

“This cabin was the perfect little spot for a New Years vacation. It’s easy to get to, has parking on site, and is a short drive to get groceries, some shops in town, and more. We loved the nostalgic feel of the appliances and decor, including the retro Nintendo comforter! We cooked all of our meals while here, the stove and oven worked well and there were plenty of pots, pans, etc. The fireplace was easy to use and warmed the entire place well, even during a snowstorm. We made good use to the CD……

“Pleasant arrival and departure easy to find and is in a great location feeling like your in nature but not too far from a quaint town. What a peaceful warm setting. The home has some of the nicest touches that make you feel very comfortable and cozy. It is so quiet and yet you don’t feel too isolated! Hiking close by was simple and fun. I can’t wait to come back to explore more of the property after spring has spring. I can totally see hosting a retreat in this type of space and for now my own……

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Sage House!! The tiny home was everything we needed for a short weekend getaway! We met the owner when we first got there and he was very friendly and welcoming! We stayed with our 6 month old Rotweiller puppy. She really enjoyed exploring the property and running through the snow. We were also able to enjoy the sauna on property which was a nice relaxing touch. The sleeping loft was very cozy with a very comfortable mattress. Although we did not utilize the kitchen……

“We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It was clean, lovely, and well stocked with everything we could need. The location is in close proximity to hiking, skiing, and just 15 minutes from grocery stores. The large windows made for beautiful sunrises and stargazing in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!”
