“We enjoyed our stay. The house was great and we loved having our own pool and hot tub. The property manager was responsive when we had some issues which were resolved promptly. We appreciated the amenities at Encore like the restaurant and water park. This was our third time staying at an Encore home and we will be back!”

“Needed a place to stay the night before a cruise and the night after it. Chris was accommodating, responded to my messages and inquiries promptly. The staff at the check in place was nice as well and pointed us to the pool and laundry areas. Great place! ”

Pros:- pool was heated and ready for us before we arrived- was not expecting a pool table and they had one there- house is huge and all of the rooms are comfortable - the resort is beautiful and mostly quietCons:- difficult to find initially in the gps- more towels are needed! “Everything went well, the place is super clean and in order. Communication with the manager was prompt and check in was a breeze, just read the email instructions before hand and you're good. The townhouse is three floors with the master up top.”

“Location, cleaniness, size”

“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“Located near lots of restaurants and close to the convention center. Great value for the price!”

“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient.
