“We stayed few nights to see a artist in Austin the house was comfortable around a lot of shops and restaurants unfortunately we couldn't use the pool it was out of season ”

“The apartment was great for our trip, just a few things that made it a little inconvenient. There isn’t seating in the living room for 4 adults to sit comfortably and watch TV. There are only 2 pillows on each bed with decorative shams on them. It felt strange to sleep on the decorative pillows, but nothing else was provided to sleep on. There aren’t extra blankets. Check out time is 10am, which is even earlier than a hotel does and there wasn’t the ability to check out later. If you have a……

We found it to be a very walkable, quiet location. Shout out to The Wheel for providing wonderful craft cocktails and some great local food tips to nearby food trucks and coffee shops. “Overall a really nice experience. Property was nice, location great, communication with owner great. Place was clean, functional, nicely appointed. Generally comfortable. The one downside.....get a new mattress and boxspring! The king bed needs some attention...its worn out....invest! Otherwise really cool place....close to the bats and almost everything else that you want out of Austin for a long weekend”

“Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. ”

“Great location and stay! The water does take a very long time to warm up and the bathrooms are very dark which isn’t great for getting ready, but it was a great place to stay and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Overall wonderful stay and would stay again! ”
