Everything from the yard, enclosed privacy area, lighting, coooozy bed, AND the hot tub and pool were wonderful.Check in was uber easy, very clear instructions; I felt safe both nights I was there. Fairly quiet area at night and, like I said, you’ve got privacy if you want to hang outside grill or catch some sun. “Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”
