Only when prompted through Vrbo did i get as response from the owner, as the time frame was getting very close as to when i would be staying. but after that all ok. “Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. ”

“We was very impressed with our stay, the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds& 2 bathrooms. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. Very peaceful with parking& the host was very helpful. kids loved the table tennis. Location was amazing with private access to the royal William yard. Stunning rocky beach a few minutes walk away. We will definitely recommend to others & be back again one day”

“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”

“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

“We overall enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is comfortable and very clean and it was so pleasant to get a welcoming snacks and tea/coffee/milk upon arrival. Claire's communication was very responsive.However, I can't not mention the location next to the pub. The pub was literally next door, and Friday night was fine with some music and chatter happening which was not too much at all. On Saturday though, the pub turned on very loud music which kind of ruined our stay. The music stayed on until……
