“Excellent accommodations with plenty of space for 6 adults to sleep and to sit in the common areas. Lots of parking spots made it a no worry weekend for 4 vehicles and there was still space for more. The firepit area was enjoyed by all with more than sufficient seating. The abundance of linens and pillows was appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessities for any type of cooking/baking. Separate beer/wine is a great addition and was well used. “The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant.”

“The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. “We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and Riverview was the perfect place. We enjoyed hiking on the 85 acre property, with lots of little hidden gems to find. Afterwards, a relaxing time on the beautiful wrap-around deck and a barbecue. The location is secluded, but close enough to get to the beaches and other towns within 20 minutes.
