“Worth it! Brilliant location. Feels like being directly out in nature, but all the amenities of home. Timeless memories of sitting on the front deck of our own log cabin in the woods taking in the sights, sounds and scents of the kenai bush. “Stayed a couple of days in Talkeetna for New Years. Everyone loved the cabin. My kids loved the loft area and playing outside on the property, especially doing s'mores with the firepit. My wife enjoyed the sauna and being able to relax and read a book with an amazing view of the outdoors, and I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We all had a blast and can't wait to go back. Amazing hosts!”

“We stayed the beginning of Sept. The cabin we rented was " Premium Cabin, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen, Mountainside". It was recently renovated, cozy and clean. The cabin has a mini frig, Keurig maker & variety of coffees, hot cocoa, etc. Good quality pans for cooking. The cabin had a charcoal grill and a fire pit. “We stayed for three nights. We cooked and baked there. All the amenities we needed were available in the kitchen. Also had laundry. Very clean and easy access from airport and to town. If you are a light sleeper check if there are small children next door for VRBO. Neighbors can be heard from living room. But I didn’t notice it from bedroom. However when I notified the host she immediately called them and it quieted down. Plus the beds are so comfortable I heard nothing once I was in bed. Easy……

“Hotel is nice, easy to and from airports and has on site restaurants and bar. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping after 10am, noon, or later. We picked noon but had housekeeping knock on door at 745 one day and 815 another. I asked specifically aboit the gym for our 4 day stay and was told where it was and it was 24 hours, however was NOT told that after the first day, the two separate areas would be closed for refurbishment, so that was disappointing as I pick work hotels with a gym.”
