“The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep. ”
