“The Thatcher house was charming and perfect for our family! It had everything you would find in your own home. Tammy was an exceptional host - friendly and quick to respond to any questions.”

“If you are looking for modern and new this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a spacious well loved home, you have found it. Everything was very clean! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a study, large dinning and furnish kitchen. The art decorating the home is beautiful and the view is stunning. Can you imagine having a private lake with your very own waterfall and path thur the woods. I highly recommend Montlake Retreat. ”

“Perfectly sized for a family gathering & we enjoyed the front porch swing. Minor negative was that description mentioned that the house is wheelchair accessible but the master bed is very high and there are no bars near the walk-in shower. Host lives nearby and made sure to welcome us in person. Home is well-positioned to drive to different parts of Chattanooga area.”

“Very nice place to stay. I think everyone enjoyed it. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for lots of kids due to all the cool breakable decorations, but had lots of room, was clean, spacious. As described and we would stay there again. ”

“We hosted a family reunion! It was everything we hoped for! Kids loved the lake, boating and fishing! The accommodations were perfect! There was more than enough space for our large group cookouts, gathering on the decks to watch the sunsets, and storytelling in the living room space. Beverly is a great host! Communication A!!! “We enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse. Although it looked small, it was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and an open living/kitchen floor plan. We had everything we needed right there. It was far enough out to feel like country living, but close enough to Cleveland for visiting Lee University. If find ourselves needing a place to stay in that area, we will definitely consider The Farmhouse again. Thanks for welcoming us into your home. ”

“Amazing peaceful home. I was coming in super late from a flight and host ensured I had some waters and eggs for the morning. Never had someone be so thoughtful! Place smelled amazing and clean - close to the venue I would be at and nice amenities! Highly recommend this place! ”

“Nothing is better than spending time with family! The pool and hot tub were awesome and we spent a lot of time there. Did I mention the pool is heated?! Lots of bed and bath space for us all. Had fun playing ping pong and other games. The kitchen is large and well equipped. This was a trip we will long remember! And Walmart will deliver!”
