“Our receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming, not friendly at all. Did not smile once. We waiting in line to check in for about 8 minutes as there was only one clerk. A 2nd line started forming as it was confusing to see where the line started.Then a 2nd clerk came in (the one I am referring to). She didn’t ask who was next and just took the other guest even though we were already waiting. It was fine it happens, but again, when she finally helped us she was very dry, not mean or rude, just not……
