“Perfect location for a family/friends weekend to enjoy the Falmouth road race and get in some beach day. Very close to Old Silver Beach. House was spacious and beautiful. Not a fan of all the smart lights as sometimes they just were temperamental but all the attention to detail in the house was beautiful. Would definitely come back.”

“We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking. I recommend this place for……

“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID……

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”
