“Only 2 towels. 0 wash cloths 0 hand towels. No hand soap. No dish towels. No dish soap. Bring your own shampoo and cream rinse. Everything in kitchen dirty greasy everything you would want to cook with, glasses, silverware. (no soap to clean). Oven filthy. Coffee pot too dirty to even clean. There are three large closets and zero hangers I was given two sets of directions for check-in with codes and followed the first set going to the wrong house with wrong check in codes in the middle of the……

“was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. ”
