“Reception staff were a delight; provided comprehensive overview of hotel and facilities on arrival; very welcoming too; nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. “I liked that it was within walking distance to the train station. I was going to a concert at Hull City Hall which the hotel was also very handy for. The staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Also the people waiting on me at breakfast were attentive and nothing was a problem for them. I was made to feel very welcome and the breakfast itself was hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel very much. ”
