“We all had an amazing stay at this cottage!! Check-in was a breeze, and our host, Francis, was exceptional. He loaded us and all of our belongings onto his pontoon, took us over to the island, and showed us around while explaining how everything worked. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it feel just like home - nothing was lacking. The WiFi was impressive and reliable, which was a huge plus when I needed to work on my laptop.We can't say enough good things about his little piece of……

“Like that it was a short drive to Lancaster which has quaint little shops and local town restaurants. The Cooper Marsh is a short drive away; it has nice walking trails. The cottage is across the street from the St Lawrence river but there was no direct access to water nearby for swimming or soaking feet within walking distance.”

“A wonderful property for a family vacation. It was exactly as advertised, lots of room for all of us. We were lucky to have perfect weather, but still enjoyed the pool table, darts and footzball table. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
