“We loved our winter stay in this cute, cozy cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There was ample room for our family of 4, were able to hike in Van Buren State Park and along Lake Michigan from the cabin and were still minutes from town to go in for dinner. We were looking for a cabin in the woods with snow, and this delivered. We will be back to this cabin in the summer or fall to experience different……

“We stayed here with our 2 dogs, and it was very lovely. The amenities were great, and our dogs loved all the open space on the property to run around, take walks, and play. The location is as described and in close distance to South Haven and all its attractions. One thing I will note is that if you are taller (5’8 or above), be aware that the space can get a bit cramped. The bathroom was not pictured on the listing, and we found a very small and short shower that was difficult to maneuver.……

“The cottage was in a great location for the wedding I was attending, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Communication with the host was excellent, and I also enjoyed the complimentary Keurig coffee—such a nice touch.There were a few areas that could use improvement. The space was clean primarily, but there were cobwebs and some dust in the bathroom that could use more attention. I didn’t use the bed, but the sleeper sofa was worn and uncomfortable. “The property was everything we needed and more. The communication with the property managers was efficient and timely, the house was adorable, reliable, and quiet. We were staying out of town for a wedding and the rental provided everything we needed with the bonus of being near the water. Afforfable and definitely worth it. Highly recommend and definitely would go back again!”
