“This was one of the most impressive properties that I have stayed at. Our host was very responsive and open to requests. She had some great local coffee stocked when I inquired about it. The local bottle of red wine was another great touch. The photos of the property are very accurate but you can't truly appreciate how close to the water you are until you are on site, it really is only 15 ft away so you feel like you're right on top of the lake. I live on a lake so I'm not that easily……

“I had one of my most awesome stays over two nights at this very peaceful cabin. It's a comfortable 2-hour drive away from Chicago and once you get there, it is peace and quite. The log cabin has a welcoming smell to it. It's very clean, maintained and stocked very well. The cabin has two bedrooms on the first floor, and a loft with two single beds and a double - perfect for a family of 4-6 people. It has the Fisk Lake behind that we walked to, but it wasn't yet boating time in early spring and……

“My mom, two sisters and I had a great weekend at the cabin. It was a quickly planned trip meant to be sort of a staycation and this place was the perfect vibe. We took advantage of the fireplace and the hot tub (even in 11 degree weather!). The area is great as well - it’s a quiet location but very close to restaurants/things to do - even in the winter! On top of it all, Elisabeth made sure I had all the info I needed to plan ahead for the stay and throughout, and check out was a breeze as well.……

We had a great time in the house, playing games, cooking meals, enjoying the hot tub, walking the property, and relaxing. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck was very convenient. “We loved our winter stay in this cute, cozy cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There was ample room for our family of 4, were able to hike in Van Buren State Park and along Lake Michigan from the cabin and were still minutes from town to go in for dinner. We were looking for a cabin in the woods with snow, and this delivered. We will be back to this cabin in the summer or fall to experience different……
