“This property is a GREAT location and has some incredible history. It was originally built as a boarding house back in 1880ish time frame, and has been preserved beautifully. The new owners have put a lot of work to preserving the manor, and is still a work in progress(as any 150 year old building would be), but the charm, experience, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate our needs during our stay was a 10 out of 10. I look forward to going back.”

“My husband and I wanted to have a place to stay where we could fish the river from our rental. This place did not disappoint! As it states in the listing, it is semi-rustic. “This place seemed smaller than listed. I think the description had it at 2,300 square feet or so. I didn't measure it but it would really surprise me if it's that big. The inside of the house was clean but has quite a bit of what I consider to be antique clutter. If you like that type of thing, you'll probably feel right at home here.
