“The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. ”

“Great staff and great central location. Lots of activities to explore in Leiden, and easy to get to attractions in nearby cities. This is a very busy and fun area on the Kings Day holiday. It’s a fairly small town but being able to walk or bike around is essential, as public transportation is limited in the city centre. Yes, I would definitely recommend this place!! Thanks Mirelle and Jilly!!”
