“部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、 アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。 泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。”

“This is not a hotel standard in Jakarta, this is only apartment rental. I tried to call the owner to confirm my booking, but no answer. It just like lost at no where. If there were posibility to cancel my booking and return my money, i will do. Luckily I could convince apartment guards to give apartment key. Since now the owner never call me back. It very bad experiences and the rent price not worth at all.”
