“Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 days and never had to get in the car except to golf. We walked to the beach, dinner, entertainment and shopping. I would 100% stay here again. It is super clean. The management was on call at a moments notice and very nice. I can’t wait to go back.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the South Lake Chalet. The accommodations were exactly as described- clean, unbeatable location ( easy walk right to Heavenly gondola), smooth check in, convenient kitchenette, assigned parking, access to EV chargers. The small touches such as disposable slippers /eye masks, etc. were also nice additions. Dog friendly as well which was a bonus! We absolutely would stay again. Highly recommend! ”

“We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4……

“This place did the job. Was it the best stay? No, but also not the worst. Parking is horrendous, but they do have a parking garage with two entrances. We left to get some food late in the evening and literally took the last spot coming back. The lake is very close and you can see it between trees from the balcony which was awesome. There were no spices or complimentaries at all. It would have been nice to have some spices, but also a couple pods of coffee would have been great. The toilet paper……

“Didnt realize this was a hotel place. I thought this was a condo/townhouse. I didnt see the name of the property clearly on the booking. I messaged the property but didn't get a response. The place was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Close to everything in town. ”
