“Wir haben ein paar Tage in der Maastricht Marina auf einem der Hausboote verbracht und konnten uns gut erholen. Das Hausboot war gut ausgestattet und die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das zusätzlich angebotene Frühstück direkt ans Boot war reichlich und lecker. Schön fanden wir auch das angebotene Wassertaxi (gegen Aufpreis) in die Stadt. Immer gern wieder. ”

“The houseboat was very nicely maintained, the atmosphere very nice, and the hosts quite helpful. I wish I had more time to use both outdoor decks, but I had work obligations during the day. The only issue was wifi signal was not strong enough to hold a connection to my computer.”

“Es ist ein Hausboot, daher spartanischer als eine Ferienwohnung. Für einen Kurzurlaub und um die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden ein guter Startpunkt. Es war ruhig, sauber und angenehm im Yachthafen. Zur Selbstversorgung für einen längeren Urlaub nur bedingt geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!”

“Es war ein total entspanntes Wochenende, bei bestem Wetter haben wir den Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot perfekt genießen können. Der Preis war etwas hoch, die Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können (1 Teelöffel, alte Pfanne, die wurde getauscht), sonst aber alles super... hat uns sehr gut gefallen ”

“The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.”

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "
