“The Island is a great place to stay. It’s right on the water, and we enjoyed long days relaxing, swimming and being out on the water on the stand-up paddle boards and in the kayaks. We had a wonderful night a night of fishing right off the dock when the lake was calm and our boys caught some fish. The sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. “We had a nice getaway for three generations of our family. Great bonus of being so close to the bike trail. We enjoyed being out in the quiet, but close enough to find plenty of restaurants, mini golf, escape room, etc. Loved the sun room and the space to play games and do puzzles. ”

“The Sun Prairie house perfectly met the goals for our family gathering of six adults and golden retriever for social and private space and so many entertainment options! The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet, with Woodmans close by for shopping. We had 5 days of sunshine, golfing nearby courses, enjoying afternoon pool time, evening hot tub, and bug-free outdoor dining-so private and relaxing! “Our group of 12 (3 families) stayed at the property for 4 nights. The lake house is perfectly located with beautiful views of the lake and full access to the dock with pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boat. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the water activities and fishing. The house is charming and has everything you might need for a great vacation: good room sizes with multiple beds, fully stocked kitchen, grill outside, firepit, screened porch, selection of board games, fishing rods,……

“Planned a two night stay with me, my husband, our daughter (8), and son (4). The kids loved the look of "our log cabin" immediately. It was a great jumping off point to explore the area. On our one day we explored three small towns. I had dreams of kayaking but it was a bit long to caddy them for any non-adult, plus we had plenty to do otherwise.Beds were comfy and all of us slept well. “Our stay was great: easy check-in, great communication with host, extremely clean, very modern, fantastic location, everything about this place was perfect. We had 8 adults with plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking for a wedding reception, and were very pleased with all the prep space using the huge kitchen table and side table. We would definitely stay here again.”
