It was a basement apartment with a charming kitchen equipped with so many extra special touches (espresso machine stocked with pods, coffee press and drip machine with coffee provided, milk frother, welcome basket with snacks). The lake house is perfectly located with beautiful views of the lake and full access to the dock with pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boat. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the water activities and fishing. The house is charming and has everything you might need for a great vacation: good room sizes with multiple beds, fully stocked kitchen, grill outside, firepit, screened porch, selection of board games, fishing rods,……

“This rental made for the perfect group weekend getaway. From the great shuffleboard table to the vintage arcade games like NBA Jam, this place was on fire! The beautiful view of the wide river from the hot tub was so tranquil a member of our group asked what lake we were on. It’s the perfect distance from Madison and Chicago that you feel like you’ve truly gotten away, but close enough that lots of activities feel easily accessible.
