“We had a lovely stay at Goldwynn Resort. The room was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We dined at OIA Restaurant, amazing! The meal was exquisite and the service was on point. We spent most days on the beach and enjoying the infinity pool! The outdoor dining at Amara was the perfect spot for lunch & a cocktail! Overall, the Goldwynn Resort was exactly what we were looking for, a Luxury Boutique Hotel, with all of the amenities, and an incredible beach where we could simply relax. We……

“While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from……
