“Good location, easy access to beach. Unit was as described. Check-in was simple, however would not allow early check-in. Only suggestions for improvement would be to adjust the water heater for warmer water for shower/bath and fix bathtub drain for the ability to take a bath. Hair dryer would have been nice as well . Internet and Smart TV access was great. Would come back in the future. ”

“Our stay at the Beach Pit was amazing. Jacob was very responsive from booking to check out. Home is a great bungalow with vintage charm and amazing amounts of windows to let the sun in. Beach access located right across the street. If desire to hang out at the house there is a deck with fenced in back yard. If you want to spend a great vacation in a great home away from home I would pick the Beach Pit....hope to be back soon!”

“Wonderful beach vacation home! Very clean and so convenient to beach access. My only complaints and I didn't detract my rsting for these as they are silly things but the upstairs shower is either scalding hot or freezing cold there is no inbetween or I wasn't able to figure it out hahaThe thermostat we tried to keep it where they asked but if u so much as touch it ...it goes wild the touch setting is so sensitive we gave up on it lolThat being said this place is perfect gor a family or group of……
