“OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. There is a super little pool, and spectacular gardens lovingly cared for by Curtis..Gantt is a first class host.”

“This property is second to none. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we have ever stayed. Very private and you practically have the beach to yourself. The Pavilion area is such a cool vibe with the pool and restaurant right there to use as well. Very close to the Hyatt and many other bars/restaurants. Wilfried is very friendly and helpful with everything you need to know to enjoy your visit. He helped with restaurants as well as rental car/airport pick up. His property……

“The Coconut Farm is an incredible place to stay. Beautiful setting, so peaceful with great beach and view of Nevis. Walkable restaurants and bars nearby, but do rent a car if you’re going to the grocery or frigate bay. The house is perfect with everything you could need. One of our favorite homestays we’ve ever had. Would definitely come back. ”

“The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.”

“Amazing location, views stunning! This little cottage was perfect, quiet and ideal for what we needed for our stay on Nevis! Austin the host could not have been more helpful before and during our stay! He communicated with us before hand sending useful information, he collected us, drove us around and took us the supermarket! Our hired car was waiting for us and we had the best 3days doing as much as we could and always looked forward to coming back to the cottage to enjoy the views and……
