“Very nice hotel and area”

“Mark was great to deal with and the place was perfect for us for the night beds were very comfortable ”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Self check-in. The room has a kitchen for cooking. There is a gym, although the facilities are relatively simple. It is not recommended to book when it rains because it will be very noisy. The WIFI was very slow and almost unusable during the two days of stay.”

“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony. Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper. ”

“Very clean and nice place. Supermarket and restaurants are just across the street and are very convenient. For a family the space is a bit congested and ther is no cooking facility.”

“Everything was great about Lylo itself and I will return next time a Brisbane visit is called for. My only complaint is the internal bathroom in the 4 bunk female only room could have been cleaned more frequently/kept to a higher level of cleanliness. Bin was overflowing and random items left out on counter, shampoo packets in shower.”

“The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But please remember to tidy up the rooms fully before the customers checking in.”

“Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving……
