“We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! Convenient to the beach and a very quaint little area. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. If i ever stay in NJ again i would definitely come back! “We took a trio because my daughter is moving to NYC but didn’t want to stay in the city because we drove in and was worried about trying to park in Manhattan. This apartment was perfect!!! It’s easy to get in and out of the city, the 119 bus stop is right in front of the house. All four bedrooms were super cute, very clean and very very comfortable! “The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains. ”

“Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. "I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's brand."
