“Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. “We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there.”

“Amazing Time and Stay as always. We had a great time enjoying the beach, bands, and day trips from this amazing condo right in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. “Great stay in this cute 1 bedroom. It's one building away from the beach entrance. This is the beautiful view from the chairs outside the door. Its set up with 2 full beds in the bedroom and a queen in the main room. Full kitchen with some basic supplies. We brought what we needed and cooked most of our meals. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and mini golf. We had a blast”
