“This condo was excellent. We felt at home instantly. Great space to hang out. There was a snow storm while we were there - the driveway was cleared out first thing. We can't wait to go back to visit our daughter and her partner... this is our new home away from home!”

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”

“The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property……

“The location was perfect. We were able to park in their lot and walk everywhere. The Suite is dated and worn but clean. My husband and I had a great time. Our only complaints were the lock was difficult to use and the TV in the living room was connected to receiving.”

“We enjoyed the apartment very much. there is only one parking place so that can be tricky if two groups are meeting up for a stay. There isn't a ton of parking in this residential area but you will find it if you wander a little. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable. We liked hanging out there and it was Quiet!”

“Spacious, bright, clean, well equipped and great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier if that. Beach access right across the street. Loved the two dedicated parking spots. Didn’t move the whole time! Would recommend. Our party of six had a fantastic stay. ”

It did not disappoint, we were steps away from the beach, a short walk to some shops and restaurants. The condo was really nice with everything you need to relax and enjoy a great view of the pier and beach from one of the balconies. The property manager and owner were very responsive with any questions and we would definitely go back. ”
