“This location was perfect. Between downtown Seattle and Lakewood where we had business. It’s a quiet & scenic with great amenities close by. Great trails/walkways right from the house and view of the mountain over Lake Tapps!! ”

“We were in town for a graduation at UPS and this was a perfect location. Close to the University (4-5 minute drive) and close to a nice park and great restaurants. The house is beautifully updated and very clean and comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There is a fire pit in the backyard and a nice kitchen and dining area, as well. Highly recommended!”

“Great apartment, has everything you need. It was really hot while I was there, the little A/C unit in the window was just enough, and there were 3 extra fans which was nice. You have a view of the park next door that is home to many unhoused people, this is the only downside of the property.”
