If you really don't have the money
"I arrived, and the room they offered me was full of garbage bags and extra furniture. Luckily, they answered my call and gave me another room, but I was supposed to have a king bed, not a queen. The ceiling light didn't work, so I gathered lamps to light the room. I felt unsafe as a man was sleeping ..."

"This is a clean and comfortable property in a great location. The staff service was excellent. The main restaurant and bar was excellent and I had no need to go elsewhere for food during my brief stay. It was an easy Uber ride to the airport. If I’m in the area I’d gladly stay there again."

"We came to Providence to visit family at RISD, place was exactly as expected, very clean, nice neighborhood, very comfortable stay. Owner was great at getting back to us when we had questions. Planning to stay again on our next visit!"
