“This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.”

“This property was outstanding! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again!”

“Positives: Awesome location. Very clean. Exactly as described. It was convenient to everything, especially the beach! Negatives: Communication to get the access code for the building was poor. Once inside the building and after the apartment door was opened remotely, we had lots of difficulty unlockingand locking the door each time we left and returned. There has to a better way to get in. From the first shower, the tub filled up with water to your ankles and took forever to drain. This was not……

“This is our second stay and we love this charming cottage so much. This place is a cottage with big old trees and the most amazing screened in porch but it's close enough to the beach (two short blocks) that you can go and watch the sunrise at the beach with a cup of coffee. The place is clean, cozy and family friendly. The communication is great. It's like two amazing vacations together. ”

Christy is a very helpful host, and her recommendations and information were spot on. The neighborhood is perfect for walking the dog, our little guy is already asking to go back!! “Very nice older small cottage, which was very well equipped. We enjoyed staying there. It brought back memories of the cottage I owned on Park Avenue near the beach in the 1980s through 2010.However, we were saddened to see all the changes made to the town and the ugly architecture of the new houses that are taking over everywhere. It’s no longer a simple and lovely retreat. ”

“We had such a lovely spring getaway at this adorable Rehoboth beach spot! The place had a clean, simple charm with a perfect ocean vibe that immediately made us feel relaxed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the boardwalk, great shopping, and some of our favorite spots like Dogfish Head.We spent our days lounging on the beach, biking around town, and unwinding in the sunroom with coffee and a good book. The beds were super comfy, and everything was well-kept and tidy.……
