“Property has pretty comfortable beds and pillows, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The odd parts are that the property isn't staffed past 5PM and trying to find parking is not close or fun and (at least in July) much of the area is just closed and not busy, making for little to do around the area. I hear it's better during "high season." Property is nice, but I wouldn't personally choose this location again. It is very close to the beach though! ”

“It was a very romantic intimate stay. Paul the driver is very professional and made sure all our transportation was taken care of. Go to Maho beach and Nowhere special for live music and drinks. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen the housekeeping came every day. The only complaint was the smell from the sea moss from dawn beach but apparently it’s normal this time of year. ”

“The property location is excellent.. it's within walking distance to a majority of the areas night time hot spots, which is very convenient because parking is so hard to find if you are going to Nowhere Special, Lotus nightclub, or Captain Rib Shack to name a few in the vicinity. On-site parking is free. My studio suite was a great size. King bed was large enough to roll around twice without falling off. I had no ambitions of using the rooftop jacuzzi at first, but things change, caught myself……

“I enjoyed myself for my first time in Sint Maarten. The boutique hotel is right way your want to be. My room was comfortable and enjoyed the balconies. Staff was nice and friendly. “We went for an entire week. The water was absolutely beautiful, the property was spectacular, and the staff were amazing. The food and drinks were great. They would accommodate any request that they could. We were there in the off season but enjoyed ourselves so much. We will definitely be going back. All our pictures are from our phones. It’s a postcard worthy resort. ”
