“Awesome location. Relatively located to down town and the ford museum”

“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“My wife and I visited to spend time with her family and friends. The accommodations were very nice, very clean, and exceptionally well located. Restaurants and night life options were abundant and convenient. Dylan was very helpful. He replied quickly to our questions and was clear with his communication. We look forward to future visits.”

The apartment was very clean and has all the amenities for a long weekend trip. The place is very close to Ann Arbor for those visit their students at University of Michigan. ”

“Booked this location as it was fairly close to Ann Arbor, but more reasonably priced. While the outside of the building left somethings to be desired, the inside was updated, clean and cute. It was the perfect size for me and my daughter (I slept on the couch)”

“Absolutely disgusting. This place was a nightmare. Advertised as a "newly renovated apartment" with a cleaning fee tacked on. There was a disgusting wet moldy carpet in the hall. The carper inside the building was riddled with all kinds of dirt and grime. The sleeping area had some other individuals dirty panties by the bed. There was a beer can in the shower, along with someones hair and pubes. The kitchen sink had food in it. Oh! And there was NO CENTRAL AC in this hot, musty, moldy,……
