“So glad I booked here. I was really impressed with this spot! Very clean and well maintained, and the LOCATION was amazing.We were in town visiting friends and we could walk right out into the middle of downtown Ann Arbor with all the bars and restaurants right there.Bed was really comfortable. Shower was great. Communication was easy. Five stars all around!”

“Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“As described. Large open plan studio, modern, clean, nice furniture. Great shower. I didn’t use any of the kitchenette facilities (there was a note to say only use one device at a time). Checkin was easy. AC/Heating was good. Would recommend / stay again. As it’s an open plan room there a little noise from the fridge and lights from electrics appliances - easy to deal with. Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. ”

“This VRBO was not clean....the tub had paint peeling, which didn't match pic of tub shown. Door to bathroom cracked, one fire detector had open wires was disconnected, one was beeping in a drawer needed batteries. Not the same sofa bed as pictured...filthy windows, floors and behind one side table in one bedroom a beer can and other garbage....carpets dirty and the code they give not correct. It was a very bad stay and I do NOT recommend this VRBO. Duct tape on one doorknob. And bathroom door……
