“The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was……

“It was a perfect home base as I mostly was going around Ann Arbor and helping my brother move out it was easily walkable and a nice place to relax. ”

“Easy Check-in. Not too much in the kitchen so don't plan to make a full meal but it works very well for snacky foods! Wifi was great and it was easy to find. Beautiful house and beautiful property.”

“Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“The cutest little loft space. We rented it for a concert at the Fillmore and it was so close, and easy to get to and from. Check in process was easy, and host was amazing for contact. ”
