“Place was very spacious, host offered clean sheets towels, covers and rags, was very reasonable, just wish my stay was longer ”

“I was extremely disappointed in this VRBO. One smoke detector was beeping constantly, the other hung from wires visibly from the ceiling, and one of the toilets wouldn’t stop running. The property was not as clean as other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. We had to stay elsewhere. ”

“The hosts were very friendly, but check in was difficult because I received a text the morning of to pay a deposit which was not processed until I called to inquire how to get in upon arrival. The house is in a great location, but dirty and two separate shelves fell off the walls while we were there. It felt very much like a property where the minimal amount of effort was put in to make the most money possible. ”

“I did not have the time to do a more detailed search of properties before having to book this stay, leaving me in the dark as for what it really expect, especially when trying to pay. The payment requirements made me purchase a minimum of damage insurance through a third party site, the VRBO service fee was a separate third party site, and then the initial booking down payment was separate as well from the final payment through yet another third party site. None of these extra sites were listed……

“Master bedroom was impossible to be in due to a nauseating smell like vomit or old garbage. I was unable to air it out and honestly didn’t want to stay there as the stench was absorbed by the bedding. Host communicated that someone would be there to clean but no one showed up. I only had one actual bed available for 4 people because the other “bed” in the third bedroom was a foldable couch. Other than that, the walls are extremely thin and I heard everything that was being said upstairs and next……

“This is a really nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Home is super clean and a fresh remodel. Worked great for what we needed. Thanks again! ”
